带速对带式输送机压陷阻力及旋转阻力影响的实验研究

Experimental research of influence between belt speed and indentation rolling resistance of belt conveyor with idler rotational resistance

摘要: 为研究带速对“带式输送机输送带压陷阻力与托辊的旋转阻力之和”的影响,设计了一套能够测试“压陷阻力与旋转阻力之和”的测试装置。文章介绍了该测试装置的结构及工作原理,以及利用该装置施加不同的载荷模拟矿井现场的煤炭输送量,利用变频器实现变频调速,得到速度与阻力之间的关系。实验结果表明:变频调速与节能之间的关系与输送带的输送量之间有着密切的联系,同时与输送机处于高速运行状态还是低速运行状态也有关系。

Abstract: Abstract: At present, the energy consumption has become a problem which cannot be ignored in the design of belt conveyor. Indentation rolling resistance and Idler rotational resistance has become the biggest influence on the running resistance of belt conveyor. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on the indentation rolling resistance and idler rotational resistance. Because belt speed is an important operation parameter, the study on the influence of the belt speed on the indentation rolling resistance and idler rotational resistance is meaningful. Since the majority of research , especially the research of indentation rolling resistance, are based on the theory and software simulation. Therefore, Author firstly designs a set of experimental device which can measure the value of both indentation rolling resistance and idler rotational resistance, subsequently, the research on the relationship between belt speed and indentation rolling resistance with idler rotational resistance can be carried out with the help of frequency transformer
